Mindful parenting coaching
Welcome to our parenting resource! Here, we recognize that every family is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Our focus is on understanding your individual needs and family dynamics to create tailored strategies that foster calm communication, enhance your child's behaviour, and promote healthy coping mechanisms. By becoming more mindful of your emotional responses, you can deepen your connection with your child and strengthen your relationships for a brighter, more resilient future.
Effective communication workshop
The workshop focuses on effective communication with children.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you will learn how to get your child to listen better without the need to raise your voice, threaten or punish and how to set boundaries. You will also learn how positive communication can transform your child's behaviour and how it can help you parent more calmly and improve your bond, encourage your child's cooperation and boost your confidence.
If you feel your child only listen when you raise your voice, if you are tired of repeating yourself and feel like most days, it is a battle to get your child to do something, then this workshop is for you.
Mindset and emotions regulation coaching for teens and adults
Discover the nature of emotions and their origins. Gain insights into thought processes and learn how to redirect your thinking to build confidence, enhance self-esteem, foster a positive mindset, regulate your emotions, and transform challenges into opportunities.
Playroom design
Having a designated play area or playroom is a great way to teach space management, encourage creativity and offer a safe space for your child to play, experiment and learn. We will help you create a safe and comfortable space that offer stimulation and fun, encourage creativity and independence and help your child develop a natural sense of organisation.

My background
My name is Helene Gilbert and for over 20 years. I have studied communication, psychology and development, as well as children's behaviour. Through my work with children as a private nanny and parent coach, as well as my personal experience as mother of 3 children, I have developed a number of tools and effective parenting techniques that will positively impact on your relationship with your child, encourage good behaviour and better listening, re enforce your bond, improve your confidence and help you child thrive.
